But it’s not easy starting any new business, let alone one where you have literally thousands of competitors, running the exact same business as you!

Can you think of any other business where there are so many competitors?  I can’t.

If you’re ‘average’ in Real Estate you’re not making near enough money to get by.  To be one of the few making a very comfortable living?  You need to be in the top 1%-2% of agents in your market. 

I’m not necessarily talking about the top 1%-2% by transactions.  You’d be surprised how little some of those “famous” agents actually keep after paying all the bills they accumulate every month. 

It’s not how much you make, folks; it’s how much you keep.

Real Estate is hard because there is no clear blueprint to tell you what to do to be successful.  You’ve got a thousand different paths to follow.  Which one will work best for you?  How should you be spending your time most effectively?

To make things even more confusing, we’re all very different from each other.  What works great for one agent could be the exact wrong thing for you to be doing.

But there’s one thing that almost every highly successful agent has in common:

They’ve got a coach.

My Coaching Philosophy

First, I identify your strengths and weaknesses and then build a custom program specifically for you.

And by the way, it’s not all about improving your weaknesses.  Often, it’s far more effective to concentrate more energy on your strengths.

After all, there are only so many hours in the day.  Why spend them doing things you hate?

On the other hand, sometimes it’s incredibly easy to eliminate a weakness that may be holding you back.  Perhaps you simply need a different perspective.

The best way to determine if coaching is right for you is to book a FREE consultation with me.  It’s a one-on-one casual conversation to determine if we’re right for each other. 

I only want to work with people whom I genuinely believe I can help.  I’ve told people before that I’m not the right person for them, and I will gladly refer you to another coach if I feel they would be more effective for you.

If you’re not sure…  You don’t need to worry about “wasting my time.”  I make it a point to learn something from every meeting, and I never consider it a waste of my time to chat with any REALTOR®, especially one who is looking to better themselves.
